Suitable for complete beginners and experienced yogi’s alike, this practice supports all aspects and stages of life, regardless of religion or belief systems. All are welcome.

Please bring the following:
– Yoga mat or sheep skin.
– Head covering, preferably in cotton to contain the energy and centre you.
– A shawl/blanket to cover you during deep relaxation.
– A cushion to sit on if you have trouble sitting upright in meditation.
Wear loose fitted clothing, preferably in cotton.
Refrain from eating 2 hours before.
Arrive at least 10 mins before class
Kundalini Yoga is a comprehensive practice that includes pranayam (breath work), physical exercise, deep relaxation and meditation. It stimulates the brain, works directly with the glands, while strengthening the nervous and immune systems. It is a physical and spiritual practice that is both rejuvenating and deeply healing, and its practical applications for modern living as well as its rapidly growing number of teachers, make it the fastest growing style of yoga worldwide.

Teya Ilea has been practicing various forms of yoga for nearly two decades, experiencing the deepest personal transformation through Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. She has been teaching internationally since 2007, and is a healer in the Sat Nam Rasayan tradition.
Teya’s background is in fine art, acting and music. Largely based in London, Hong Kong and New York, she featured in high fashion publications, global campaigns and commercials, as a model for more than ten years. Since then she has been solely pursuing her passion for yoga and meditation. Ten years of study, practice and teaching then lead her to recently moving to Taiwan.
