Changing Climates 改變「氣」「氛」!
今年國際婦女節 (IWD) 的主題是 【改變「氣」「氛」! 性平今日、永續明日】。我們要設想一個多元化、公平及包容的世界、一個重視及慶祝差異的世界。這全球性的運動為世界宗教博物館和紅房藝文協會提供了一個特別的機會用論壇特方式來促進在台女性的社會、經濟、文化和政治成就。在過去七年，紅房協會每年都舉辦 IWD 活動，形式涵蓋藝術、表演、研討會和教育體驗。今年，紅房很榮幸能與台灣另一家非營利組織合辦更大規模的 IWD 慶祝活動。作為台灣很重要的兩個文化機構，世界宗教博物館和紅屋藝文協會將於2022年3月在台灣打造一個讓女性可以發聲的重要平台。
寶島話匣子 Formosa Tales – Namaxia 2022
2022 年國際女人節即將到來，我們很高興地宣布第二輪的寶島話匣子，國界的女性超越框架盒子項目。這一次，展覽將在高雄的那瑪夏，與當地的原住民(布農族, 卡那卡那富族及沙阿魯哇族) 婦女組成組織“女窩”合作。
我們的故事將與來自世界各地的數百名女性故事相結合。 Red Room 很高興能成為這一運動的一部分，我們邀請生活在美麗的台灣島上的所有女性，來自不同國籍的女性加入我們的行列。
12日下午抵那瑪夏開始遊覽, 有來自各地的參與者有機會看到山區環境，並了解我們的主辦方——非政府組織——女窩。

女性的力量
在這個國際婦女節，我們慶祝氣候變化、性別平等和地球母親的可持續未來。本次展覽旨在分享藝術家對女性力量的詮釋。讓我們一起分享這次所喚起的藝術和思想。
2022 年國際婦女節 (IWD) 為世界宗教博物館和Red Room 提供了一個特殊的機會，以舉辦和促進有關台灣婦女的社會、經濟、文化和政治成就的討論。
Red Room 在過去七年中每年都舉辦 IWD 活動，涵蓋藝術、表演、研討會和教育體驗，特別高興能與另一家台灣非營利組織合作，擴大今年的 IWD 慶祝活動。作為台灣最重要的兩個文化機構，世界宗教博物館和Red Room 將成為今年三月台灣女性的主要聲音。

我們的故事將與來自世界各地的數百名女性故事相結合。 Red Room 很高興能成為這一運動的一部分，我們邀請生活在美麗的台灣島上的所有女性，來自不同國籍的女性加入我們的行列。

Dr. Christie (Yu-ling) Chang
Dr. Christie (Yu-ling) Chang is a leading Buddhist activist. Among other things, she is prominently active in Sakyadhita（meaning “Daughters of the Buddha”）International Association of Buddhist Women – an organisation she headed between 2009-2013 and has continued to lead its International Conference Planning Committee until 2020. Since 2017, Dr. Chang has also been elected as one of the eight Joint-Presidents of the International Buddhist Confederation , and she has also been the Chair of the Steering Committee for the International Lay Buddhist Forum (ILBF) between 2014 and 2019. Professionally, Dr. Chang is a prolific linguist, translator and educator, leading CIEE (Council on International Educational Exchange) study abroad programs at National Chengchi University in Taipei between 2001 and 2020. Dr. Chang has won various awards, both nationally and internationally, such as Mentor of the Year Award (2003) in Taiwan, and Buddhist Peace Activist Award from India (2016), International Tara Award from Thailand (2017), and Outstanding Women in Buddhism Award (Thailand, 2018).
Currently, Dr. Chang has continued to serve as the President of Sakyadhita Taiwan, and during this pandemic, Dr. Chang remains active in speaking and/or moderating online webinars while writing, upon requests, for various organizations and/or publications. Recently, Dr. Christie Chang has also started spreading the Dharma through singing. Her first album, “M. Sam in the Met(t)verse” has just been released during this Lunar New Year of the Tiger.
Sana Hashmi
Sana Hashmi, Ph.D., is Visiting Fellow at Taiwan-Asia Exchange Foundation since March 2021. She is an affiliated scholar with the Research Institute for Indo-Pacific Affairs (RIIPA). Her primary research focuses on Taiwan’s foreign relations, China’s foreign policy, Taiwan’s New Southbound Policy, Taiwan-India relations, China’s territorial disputes, Indo-Pacific, and Asian security.
She was Taiwan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs Fellow at the Institute of International Relations, National Chengchi University in 2020. She is a former Consultant in the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India, where she worked on the Southeast Asian region and the Indo-Pacific with a focus on China from 2016-19. In 2017, she was named United Kingdom’s next-gen foreign and security policy scholar.
Before MEA, she was with the Centre for Air Power Studies (CAPS) from 2011-2016. She has also worked at South Asia Forum for Human Rights (SAFHR), Central Tibetan Administration (CTA), and Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses (IDSA).
She holds MPhil and Ph.D. from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. She has published several book chapters, policy papers, articles in journals, magazines, web portals, and newspaper articles. She is the author of the book, China’s Approach towards Territorial Disputes: Lessons and Prospects (New Delhi: Knowledge World, 2016).

Dr. Malabika Das
Dr. Malabika Das is a trauma informed and community based integrative social worker and wellness specialist from the United States- currently residing in Taipei. She is an Adjunct Faculty at National Taiwan University, where she teaches about wellbeing, self-development and social work. She is also a Post-Doctoral Researcher studying self compassion, stress and joy in university students. She is passionate about integrating evidence-based, trauma-informed, holistic and embodiment modalities in work with trauma survivors. She facilitates yoga and wellness workshops, courses and retreats that combine body-mind spirit wellbeing, resilience building and stress reduction techniques.
She holds a BA in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Illinois, a Masters in Social Work from Columbia University and a PhD in Social Work from the University of Hong Kong where she studied the psychosocial impact of the micro-to macro environment on people displaced by conflict. She is trained and certified in several integrative and holistic healing modalities including yoga, energy and bodywork from different regions of Asia.
李安妮 Anny Lee
李安妮老師是 The Moon Den 月亮屋的創辦者。出生在台灣，九歲移民到美國，
她擁有20多年的經驗在許多國家擔任身體心理諮商師、瑜珈老師以及肢體療法師，
帶領自我成長工作坊，幫助人們連接身心的智慧，鼓勵每個人成為懂得愛自己，
獨立的個體。他的課程包括《培養女性性能量》、《親密關係》、《創傷修復》。
Anny Lee is the founder of the Moon Den. She was born in Taiwan and moved to the U.S. when she was 9 years old. She has more than 20 years of experience working as a body-centered psychotherapist, yoga teacher, and bodyworker in many countries.She leads workshops to help people connect to the wisdom of the heart and the body, encouraging everyone to individuate and connect to the Love within. Her courses include Cultivating Female Sexual Energy, Conscious Relationship, and Trauma Recovery.
呂木蘭 Lu Mu Lan
致力於環境教育融入性別觀點與行動。
設計創意多元的教學方式～設計將歌謠傳唱、田野小旅行、手作料理或盆栽種植等動態課程。
生動活潑地把性別平等融入在食農與環境教育中。
讓性平與環保的理念，深入淺出地傳遞給不同社群背景的人。
包括帶農村婦女看見生活中的環境與性別 ; 為特殊境遇家庭規劃豐富有趣的親子活動，讓大家體驗有趣的食農手作，又能啟發性平的觀念與行動 ;
經常深入社區，提升民眾的環境與性別意識，鼓勵支持民眾展開改變行動。
目前參加的社團主要有三個：
1 台中市食農教育發展協會 創會理事長
2 台灣性別平等教育協會。
3 主婦聯盟台中分會。
陳佳惠 Anita Chen
Anita Chen is the Deputy Secretary General of GO SMART, an international platform that aims to engage smart cities teams in global governments, industries and institutions. She is also responsible for partnership and strategy in Taiwan Startup Terrace, the largest startup hub & ecosystem conducted by the Ministry of Economic Affairs in Taiwan. Before that Anita had spent time in India, Tanzania, Belize and Kenya through both professional and volunteerism giving her a deep understanding on developing cities’ needs.
She has an eye for collaboration between public and private sectors and at the same time sensitive towards government culture, technology trend and organization management. She is dedicated to helping the stakeholders to find their missing pieces and put them together, then map out a better and smarter world.
Syeda Zehra
I am Syeda Zehra and I belong to Pakistan. I am a Ph.D. scholar at National Taiwan University under the prestigious scholarship program Taiwan International Graduate Program (TIGP). My research is on plastic recycling and carbon dioxide recycling.

International Women’s Day (March 8) is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity.
International Women’s Day (IWD) has occurred for well over a century, with the first IWD gathering in 1911 supported by over a million people in Austria, Denmark, Germany and Switzerland. Prior to this the Socialist Party of America, United Kingdom’s Suffragists and Suffragettes, and further groups campaigned for women’s equality.
Today, IWD belongs to all groups collectively everywhere. IWD is not country, group or organization specific. Make IWD your day – everyday.

Seamstress Shannon will teach how to transform old and oversized t-shirts into creative favorites. Bring a t-shirt and let your imagination run wild. DIY arts and crafts is a form of self-care, and upcycling t-shirts is an environmentally-friendly way to express yourself. Seamstress Shannon also offers group and private lessons on bags, skirts, corsets, and more. Embellishments and tools will be provided, and donations would be appreciated.

Paying It Forward

This sharing circle will focus on expressing gratitude towards women who have served as our role models. Participants will have an opportunity to consider the influence such mentors have had on our development. Sharing circle members will also be encouraged to consider how their own strengths may have had an impact on others. The sharing circle will culminate by reflecting upon how to use our talents to benefit others as we have generously received gifts from others before us.

自由創作者蘇婭曾經是事業跨足港台的發片歌手，多年前為著家庭走下舞台，轉向將滿溢的愛分享給大家，扮演長姐跟母親的角色照顧著，引導者
著、 協助著，陪伴著無數的家庭與姐妹們。她所建立起綿密的網絡彼此效力相伴，一群無血緣邊際的家人在「愛」的關係中，隱約的織起更大的網。蘇婭說靠血肉的愛是有限的，他從信仰中仰望著愛的起源，僅以容器的投射，及已產生的偌大的感動。
蘇婭愛的力量，同位激活了在表演藝術上及視覺藝術上的成就；2017擔任台灣駐愛丁堡國宴歌手，2018於謝春德國際藝術展演中心受邀演出，今年她彙整近年來她觀照自身感受、生活、肢體的攝影創作，又一次大聲宣揚女人愛自己，回歸兒時奔舞的自由與狂熱
Su-Yang, a renowned artist whose albums were released in Taiwan and Hong Kong, stepped off the stage for her family many years ago. She started to share her love with others, as an older sister/mother to many— caring, guiding, assisting, and supporting many families and women.
This year, she picked out some of her photography work that portray her feelings, daily life, and body, emphasizing the idea that women need to love themselves, and regain their freedom and passion, just like when they were children. Su-Yang wants to use this opportunity to appreciate everything in life, including women’s tenderness and sensibility, as well as girls’ courage and pureness.

Anne Dewees is a 500 hours certified yoga teacher, a singer and a tabla practitioner. She likes to explore the meditative quality of voices and instruments and loves in her singing bowls practice the way it unites music, meditation, and taking care of others. In her daily Pranayama practice, she keeps marveling at the links between breath, voice, awareness, and, simply, life.

｜About Maureen｜
來自澳大利亞的Maureen Chen一直在與世界女性領導的精神組織Brahma Kumaris進行冥想。她在亞洲生活了30多年，目前正在台灣定居。她一直與世界各地的女性團體合作，通過“Four Faces of Women”的故事，與各種文化和背景的女性中找到了共同點。
Maureen Chen from Australia has been meditating with the Brahma Kumaris, the largest spiritual organization led by women in the world. She has lived in Asia for over 30 years and is now settling in Taiwan. She has been working with women’s groups all over the world and through the story of the ‘Four Faces of Women’ has found common ground amongst women from all cultures and backgrounds.

Olivia Wu 生長於洛杉磯，為了跟隨直覺來到台灣，並決定放下L.A的生活。在台灣的旅途中，她遇見了一位易經大師，深受啟發地決定踏上靈魂的道路。這十年帶來了許多經驗的累積，其中包括先天易經、刀療、光療、以及你就是光天賦藝術指導，Olivia 仍在台灣持續著靈性的道路。
Olivia Wu was born and raised in Los Angeles, but left the life of L.A behind to follow an intuitive calling to Taiwan. On her journey in Taiwan, Olivia encountered an I Ching master, deeply inspired, she decided to embark on the path of her Soul. With a decade of experience utilizing various forms including the Xian Tian I Ching, Knife Massage, Light Healing, and You Are The Light Innate Art Healing, Olivia continues on her spiritual path in Taiwan practicing these forms.
自由創作者蘇婭曾經是事業跨足港台的發片歌手，多年前為著家庭走下舞台，轉向將滿溢的愛分享給大家，扮演長姐跟母親的角色照顧著，引導者
著、 協助著，陪伴著無數的家庭與姐妹們。她所建立起綿密的網絡彼此效力相伴，一群無血緣邊際的家人在「愛」的關係中，隱約的織起更大的網。蘇婭說靠血肉的愛是有限的，他從信仰中仰望著愛的起源，僅以容器的投射，及已產生的偌大的感動。
蘇婭愛的力量，同位激活了在表演藝術上及視覺藝術上的成就；2017擔任台灣駐愛丁堡國宴歌手，2018於謝春德國際藝術展演中心受邀演出，今年她彙整近年來她觀照自身感受、生活、肢體的攝影創作，又一次大聲宣揚女人愛自己，回歸兒時奔舞的自由與狂熱
Su-Yang, a renowned artist whose albums were released in Taiwan and Hong Kong, stepped off the stage for her family many years ago. Instead of singing on stage, she started to share her love with others.
Su-Yang’s love for others stimulates her achievements in the areas of performing arts and visual arts. In 2017, she was invited to sing at Taiwan’s state banquet in Edinburgh. In 2018, she was invited to perform at Hsieh Chun-Te’s international art exhibition.

Anne Dewees 是有500小時瑜珈教學認證的瑜珈老師，並同時也會唱歌及演奏tabla手鼓。她喜歡探索與冥想相關的聲音與樂器，欣賞頌缽時，能將音樂、冥想與照顧他人合而為一體之感。每天的呼吸法練習中，她不斷在呼吸、聲音、意識與最重要的——生命之間的河流中找尋、為這些所驚艷。
Anne Dewees is a 500 hours certified yoga teacher, a singer and a tabla practitioner. She likes to explore the meditative quality of voices and instruments and loves in her singing bowls practice the way it unites music, meditation, and taking care of others. In her daily Pranayama practice, she keeps marveling at the links between breath, voice, awareness, and, simply, life.

每趟從土地到餐桌的旅程，都是海洋與大地真心付出的累積，加上人的溫度，堆疊出美味與回饋。 我們拾回可能被浪費的好食材，發揮美和創意，做出滿足視覺與味覺的料理。
「 扌合」重視從生產到用餐之後的每個環節， 推動剩食與格外品的再利用，實踐友善環境，連結人類飲食的初始與末端，並與大家共感飲食、生活及大自然的種種趣味與美好。
盡可能使用公平貿易與有機之可能被浪費食材，設計出屬於扌合的獨特口味小點，提供活動外燴、議題市集擺攤、專案合作等。
架上與少量格外品限定甜點，預約訂做，散單僅供自備容器工作室自取。
PICK, FOOD, UP,
We are saving surplus ingredients and making wasted food tasty. The journey of food is not only a straight path from farm to table but also the contribution of the entire planet and human being. That’s why we have to take care of more than just the food on table. By focusing on the food behind and after tables, we are trying to make the existing food production chain become a more sustainable system. We create tasty and quality dishes out of surplus food, making it as a creative solution to fighting against environmental issues such as food waste and climate change. Surplus food is thus endowed with new values than just brought up for charity.

建國南路一段177號 （入口左邊第一棟灰色大樓2F）Our entrance is located on the intersection of Jianguo S. Rd. and Jinan Rd. (TAF side entrance). Ours is the first building on the left as you enter. Make your way to the second floor.
MRT［Zhongxiao Xinsheng Station Exit 6］Walk straight along XinSheng S. Road , then turn left on Jinan Road Sec. 2 , continue down and you’ll spot the entrance!
搭乘捷運走:［忠孝新生六號出口］沿著新生南路走，到濟南路口左轉，直走到底就會找到我們！
We are open Tuesday through Friday from 1pm to 6pm, as well as during scheduled events. Please check our online calendar and FB events for additional times.
